The Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, stainless steel and glass extractor unit, dishwasher and fridge,with freezer compartment. Cooking utensils, pots and pans are all provided. Also there is a concealed washing machine/dryer in a seprate cupboard.
The units all have solid oak doors and local stone worktops and splash backs. The floor is of local burgundy stone through out the ground floor living area .
Next to the kitchen area is an informal dining area with table and stools for seating up to 4 people.

The ground floor lounge area is a large open plan area,extending from the kitchen area. with a central spiral staircase going down to the cellar lounge. Tastfully decorated, it is furnished with a sofa and 2 chairs and various side tables. There is a flat screen tv with the French channels and French TNT channels and a DVD player, this provides a pleasant area to sit chat and relax. The room is spand above by the timber gallery passage way on the first floor

The Unique Cellar Lounge
and dining area
This unique part of the house has a very special feature a lounge/dining area created out of a part of the old cellar of the house. The vaulted stone cellar walls have been left in their original form and an intimate area has been created. A new floor of local burgundian stone has been added with under floor heating . The lounge is accessed from the ground floor by a central spiral staircase.
The lounge has all the comforts with sofa and chairs, flat sreen tv with English freesat television channels
A dining area provides a table and chairs for casual or formal dining.
A DVD and video player, a stereo system with 5 cd player, radio tuner and tape player with connection for ipod, computer and other portable music media (subject to compatability) completes the entertainment available in the lounge area. It is a perfect area for a romantic evening, entertaining or just relaxing with a glass of wine with the tv or your favourite cd or dvd!
