The rates and what is included

Rates are for the house per week (7 nights) for up to 4 persons. 
 
(Please note that there is a 50 euros administartion fee added to all invoices to cover bank and other administration expenses)
 
 Season: 2014
1 March - 31 October
1395 euros per week  (7 nights)
(Shorter stays are available, the minimum charge is 995 euros for up to 4 nights
5 nights- 1150 euros
6 nights - 1295 euros
Weekly rentals normally run from Saturday to Saturday Contact us for other arrival dates. We will try to accommodate any start wherever possible and dependant on the dates.
 
Please note that no arrivals or departures are available on Sundays or Fench Bank Holidays during the period 1st April - 30 September 2013
 
Check in is after 5pm departure time is by 10am
VALUE FOR MONEY
A weekly rental for 4 people in low season costs only around 39 euros per person per night and around 50 euros per person per night in high season.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of 300 euros will be required for all rentals, payable with the final invoice prior to arrival.
This is to cover against any breakages or damages, please see the terms and conditions on the reservations page. This will be refunded within 14 day subject to a check out inspection. This is normal procedure for any house rental.

  • Welcome essentials pack, ie milk, fruit , coffee tea etc (for stays of more than 4 nights)
  • Meet and greet on arrival and on departure
  • Information pack with local information in the house

  • Flat screen tv in both bedrooms with French TNT channels
  • Flat screen tv in both lounge areas with French TNT channels in ground floor living area and DVD player. Freesat English speaking channels in the cellar lounge, with DVD and Video player.
  • Stereo system with 5 disc cd player,radio tuner and tape with connection for ipod, computer and other music media players (subject to compatability) in the cellar lounge
  • Free secure wifi connection
  • Combined washing machine and dryer
  • Dishwasher, electric fan oven and grill, ceramic electric 4 ring hob
  • Kitchen extractor unit
  • Fridge with freezer compartment
  • Microwave
  • Toaster, electric kettle,expresso coffe machine, kitchen cooking utensils, plates ,cups, glasses, cutlery for up to 6 people, saucepans and various cooking pots.
CLEANING
Cleaning or change of linen or towels is included for rentals of over 7 nights. For stays of over 7 nights cleaning is normally done once per week. For stays of less 7 nights cleaning, changes of towels or linen can normally be arranged on request and at additional cost
